We require parents to document their attendance at learning sessions or lecture/classes for the following scholarships:

- Chinuch Yehudi
Please document as soon after your attendance as possible. Completing your attendance below is solely for Shorashim Academy’s records. You must still report directly to the organization to receive funding credit.
