The Power of Education
Building A
Legendary School
Shorashim Academy is the emerging premier college-preparatory elementary
Jewish Day School in South Florida.
An Exceptional Program
ENRICHING YOUR CHILD’S FUTURE
Shorashim is an inviting new elementary school that provides an intimate, safe environment. An outgrowth of more than two decades of strong secular and Jewish education leadership, Shorashim prioritizes low tuition, premier learning, a warm family feel, Jewish identity, and strong connection with the State of Israel.
Currently incorporating early elementary grades, we will add an additional grade as each year progresses. Combining the best of public and private school education, our cutting-edge general studies program coupled with an immersive Judaic and Hebrew studies paves the way for each child’s success.
Leading with Vision
OUR LEADERSHIP
Shorashim Academy was founded by Dr. Gur Berman and Rabbi Isaac Melnick, drawing on more than two decades of strong leadership in both secular and Jewish education. They strive to combine the best of public and private schooling with high-quality Jewish education at an affordable tuition.
